the war started in the last week of february, with russia invading ukraine

it is impossible to tell exactly when the war will end, but it is clear that the global economy is taking a big hit. hopefully, we’ll see positive developments in 2023

as of october 2022, global social media users reached 4.74 billion

• average use for one person was at 2 hrs 28 mins daily

• one person used an average of 7.2 platforms each month

facebook seems to still be the most used platform, but we’ll have to see if zuck can make the metaverse mainstream
