what’s in it for microsoft?
we've seen chatgpt all over the internet the past few months – helping students write essays, engineers write code, etc.
microsoft currently owns bing, which very few of us use as the default search engine compared to google
with anticipations and hopes in the market that chat gpt yields more efficient search results than google in some cases, microsoft is likely planning to integrate chat gpt with bing the browser
it probably won't stop there – chat gpt may make our work lives easier by being incorporated into microsoft office (powerpoint, word, excel, etc.)
